Ready for removal!

We got to Mass General around 6:00 this morning, met with an enormous team of doctors, and listened to Victoria ask a million questions until she became all giggles once she got some “happy medicine.”

Victoria was ready to go this morning! She got a little nervous when she heard how many doctors, nurses, and techs would be in the OR, but after she grilled them all on their specialties and what their roles would be doing during the procedure, she felt right at home.

The biggest concern/risk for the surgery is the effect it could have on her ability to swallow, so please pray that all those nerves can be worked around and remain intact.

We feel all of your prayers! We truly do. You all have made this journey bearable for us because of your love, prayers, and support.
